I am an organized, motivated individual who loves to help people.
Pipes, the employee
I’m looking for a job that allows me to put what I have learned to work and grow the new skills I’ve been acquiring over the last few years - I have started in and fallen in love with management and team development. I’ve been working in technology the entirety of my career, and I love it for its dynamic and diverse nature - there’s always something to learn in tech. Now I have grown that to include management and the art of team building, skill management, and conflict resolution.
My ideal role would allow me to build up a new or existing team to help find paths for greater enablement, encourage team satisfaction and retention, write and implement strong and sustainable process, and forge new understanding of a healthy workplace in 2023.
I am driven by a desire to test myself and my abilities, as well as my enjoyment of helping people make their lives better. That can mean so many things; finding a tool that makes your job easier, becoming more connected with others, and creating new solutions for new problems are just a few examples of ways I enjoy improving the lives of those I work with.
You, the employer
Presently, I work in Customer Success, in a role I have worked hard to study, refine, and master. I’m familiar at this point with customer interactions and having empathy, and use the skills I’ve honed for customers to apply to a team of colleagues. My aim is to arm them to be successful with their customers and with everyone they work with. I take a great interest in team building, organization, and education.
I’m looking for a company with a positive culture of growth and diversity. Currently, I work with the LGBTQ+ and Mental Health ERGs, and the camaraderie and support I’ve experienced in them is something I want to share with new friends and connections, to create an environment everyone feels secure and heard in.
My goals involve progressing my managerial skills and becoming a stronger leader through active experience, resource discovery and creation, internal networking, and earnest discovery.
