Purpose.

 

Customer Success needed an update to their training decks, both in design and in information, as much of the system had changed. These resources were shared by all CSEs and CSAs, and it was important that they were up to date and accurate.

 

Tasks.

 
  • Spearheaded project idea and wrote a project proposal for the updates.

  • Created a spreadsheet to track, manage, and sort decks available to update.

  • Coordinated coworkers to assist with modifications to decks.

  • Generated new decks for materials that had previously not been covered and shared with the greater Customer Success group.

  • Provided regular updates to management about progress, organization, and goal points.

  • Completed project ahead of schedule.

 

Results.

 

There was a greater level of depth and education in our materials than there was previously. All of the decks were up to date in the latest theme, most recent screenshots, and included information on new features. The compendium was expanded to move the tools from purely logistical to transformative and adaptive.
